The staff at our Pro-Tech Transmissions Ltd. service and repair center are all highly trained and certified technicians with one common goal in mind - quality service at honest prices. Our transmission center is diligent in applying the ATRA Member Code of Ethics to all of our transmission repair and diagnostic services for the purpose of better assisting our customers with their repair needs and concerns. Adherence to the ATRA Code of Ethics also helps ensure that when you bring in your vehicle for transmission service or repair you know that you are receiving honest and professional service from our technical staff. Owner / Manager Rob Vincent is our transmission expert and has been in the industry for over 20 years. He has owned and operated Pro-Tech Transmissions Ltd. since 2006 with his wife Patti. Rob enjoys hockey, baseball, fishing and camping. He is an avid snowmobiler and has recently got his wife Patti interested in the sport. He attends courses regulary to ensure that our customers receive the very best service. |

Rebuilder Rob joined our drivetrain expert company in June 2007. Rob and his wife Sue have two children. They relocated to Edmonton from Ontario to join our team. Rob has been in the industry for over 28 years, rebuilding transmissions for 22 of them. He is a loyal, dedicated, and a valued employee who has excellent diagnostic skills. His hobbies are vacationing, fishing and camping. |

R & R technician Thien joined Pro-Tech Transmissions Ltd. in October 2008. With over 25 years experience he brings to us great workmanship and skill. Thien is truly an expert when it comes to removing and installing drivetrain components. He attends courses yearly to update his knowledge of the ever changing technology. He has a niece and nephew whom he loves dearly. He also enjoys vacationing, camping and fishing. He is a hard working, dedicated valued employee. |

Office Administrator / Bookkeeper Patti has been with Pro-Tech Transmissions Ltd. since November 2006. Patti brings us her knowledge of administration and bookkeeping together with her husband Rob's transmission experience to provide quality workmanship and customer service. She has over 20 years experience as an administrator/bookkeeper. Rob & Patti have been married for 15 years. She enjoys the great outdoors especially gardening, fishing and camping. She also loves snowmobiling which was just introduced to her. |
